As some users have noticed server5 has had intermittent outages over the past 2 days. It appears the problem may have something to do with PHP linking to java files which are not currently functioning properly. We have recompiled PHP without Java support and we hope this will solve the problem.
If at anytime you are not able to reach our support desk due to this type of outage, please email us at support AT crucialparadigm.com (please note that support is not usually provided by this address and will not be answered if our support desk is up and running).
Regards,

We are continueing to see slight problems with this, and users have been experiencing a lot of core dumps.
We are still investigating this issue.
Note: if you find files name core.* you can delete them, as they are taking up extra space. We are running daily scans of the server to remove them all, but this does not remove them all.
If you have questions please submit a support ticket.
Regards,
Aaron |
