| Server5 became inaccessible earlier today, we have restarted the server since and it is up and running normally now. We are investigating the cause of the outage now. |

Upon investigation we found the cause of this to be a page fault in the kernel (bug of some sort causing the kernel to crash).
This is the first crash of this kind, and we suspect this is a once off occurence. |
